If a customer is dissatisfied with our services, they are eligible for a refund of the amount paid for the subscription or passport purchased within 15 days from the date of purchase.

The refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The customer must request the refund within the specified 15-day period by contacting our customer support team. And GoRestro will process the refund amount within 7 working days.

Apart from the refunded amount of the subscription purchase, the customer cannot demand or claim any additional compensation, refund, or reimbursement from GoRestro.

This refund policy applies only to subscription purchases made directly through GoRestro and does not cover purchases made through third-party platforms or resellers.

GoRestro reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse or violation of our terms of service.
